Therapy Services
At Tower Psychology Inc., Kristina provides individual counselling and therapy for adults aged 18 and older. She works collaboratively with each client to understand their goals and develop an approach tailored to their needs.
Kristina is warm, authentic, and easy to talk to. She strives to create a comfortable, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and concerns.
Sessions are 50 minutes, with longer sessions available upon request. Kristina is an approved NIHB and WCB Alberta provider and offers a free 15-minute consultation for new clients to determine if therapy is a good fit.
