Empowering your path to well-being
At Tower Psychology, I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk beside you—offering compassion, perspective, and practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, find clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change. Every session is a safe, supportive space built on trust, respect, and genuine connection.
Committed to your growth
As a Registered Psychologist and Addictions Counsellor, I’m dedicated to lifelong learning and continuous improvement. I stay current with research, attend professional training, and engage in self-reflection to ensure the highest quality of care. Since 2010, I’ve supported individuals across addiction and mental health settings—including Alberta Health Services, Henwood Treatment Centre, and Momentum Walk-In Counselling—helping clients move forward with confidence and resilience.
Guided by care and experience
Drawing from evidence-based therapies like person-centered, cognitive-behavioural, and solution-focused approaches, I tailor each session to your needs and goals. With over a decade of experience in mental health and addictions counselling, I bring compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to your growth. At Tower Psychology, care is personal—designed around your journey, your values, and your pace.
A Commitment to
Your Well-Being
I am committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement. I stay up to date with the latest research in evidence-based counselling, attend professional workshops, and engage in ongoing self-reflection to ensure I provide the best support possible. No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to walk alongside you—helping you navigate life’s challenges, uncover your strengths, and build a future that aligns with your values and goals.
How I Support You
My counselling approach draws from person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and emotional freedom techniques. These evidence-based practices help guide our sessions, ensuring that we focus on what works best for you and your personal journey.
I recognize that growth looks different for everyone. It can be reflected in your emotions, behaviours, thoughts, and overall well-being—and I believe that you are the best judge of your own progress.
“One of the things that I love the most about this job is that I am continually challenged to reflect on ways that I can learn and grow, pushing myself to try new things and experiment with new ways of being not only a therapist but also a person.”
— Kottler, 2010,
